Are you sure the files have all uploaded to Dropbox? I think folders get uploaded first then files?
Where did you add the file you wanted to sync, to a client PC to then sync to the ReadyNAS or to the ReadyNAS to then sync to other devices?
If to the ReadyNAS did you add it using SMB? AFP? Something else?
