Hello, and thanks for both your reply and nice welcome:)
I am running what I believe is the latest firmvare on this old thing: RAIDiator-x86 4.2.31
As you can see on the screen capture there is no option for settings, exept the link to '192.168.0.11/3689' which sends me directly to the login window, and then the failure in image 2.
(I dont have a "tree" to click on in the menu bar to insert images as according to the instructins in the forum, so i'll link to them)
Frontview: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0xgnObEOOayMnRYSXdPOFItM00
Error: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0xgnObEOOaycVkxdV9SbHV0UWM (Sorry it's in Norwegian, but you get the drift, wrong username/password, try again)
Turning off the service gives me no options at all: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B0xgnObEOOayREdKZTlMcHNlSDA

Hello Finny,
Username is 'admin'.
You can download your System > Config Backup in Frontview, extract the zip contents and look at that file.

Thanks.
What file should i look in? I thought it was the /etc/mt-daapd.conf file which i copyed in in my first post. But I was on the wrong track? Username admin and the password from that file does not work. Nor does blank username or password in any combination.

Hello Finny,
It should be in /etc/mt-daapd.conf. Have you tried turning it off and on? Can you post a screen capture?

Hi again.
In my first post you can see what's in the /etc/mt-daapd.conf file, my confusion over the fact that the password is listed twice, but the second time with a space in it, and links to screenshots (because I cant post images here) Yes, I have tried turning it on and of.
