Be careful on the suggestions you read here- many are for OS 4.x NAS and the advice might not apply to what you have.

 

I'm not sure the fix is though (I don't use these packages)  Have you tried reaching out to WhoCares_ at rnxtras.com?  You could also try PMing him here.

    Yes , have tried to pm but no reply - seems like a dead end here - sad, it looked like some very promising software.
