MySQL Server Problem
I have installed this app on my server, but cannot launch it. myPHPadmin just states that it cannot connect to the server. Also, where are the php files located on the server? Many thanks. Dave Bailey

- super_poussinVirtuosodid you reboot the unit ?
is mysql on in apps folder on frontview ? - super_poussinVirtuosoall addons are in /apps
- DaveBaileyAspirantMany thanks for your reply. I have rebooted, but mySQL server doesn't appear on the front page. Also, I don't seem to have a /apps folder, all I have is a /data. Have I missed something here? Thanks. Dave
- super_poussinVirtuosoWhich model do you have ?
- DaveBaileyAspirantReadyNAS 104
- super_poussinVirtuosoyou should have a /apps (you can only see it from shell using ssh)
- DaveBaileyAspirantOK thanks, I'm not sufficiently knowledgeable to run the root ssh, so I am assuming that /apps is there. Any suggestions as to why the SQL server isn't running as this is my main concern as I wish to run php programs and access the SQL server. Many thanks for your help. Dave
- super_poussinVirtuosoDid you activate it under apps menu in the NAS interface ?
- DaveBaileyAspirantOn the NAS apps screen, the SQL server shows an "on" slider switch (is this the activate switch?) and it cannot be changed - just shows "on". Also the "Launch" button doesn't work. I have tried deleting the app and re-installing followed by a reboot, but nothing changes. Running myPHPadmin, comes up with error message " #1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server" when attempting to log in. Thanks
- super_poussinVirtuosoCAN You try with another browser ?
