No access to photos from outside world
Like several others on this forum, I am getting no joy trying to access my photos from the outside world. I have been at this now for 9 days, and have just finished putting in 6 hours straight. Any ...

I don't know if you've solved this yet.
192.186.1.108 is the "LOCAL" IP address of your NAS and is private.
In order to access your NAS from the Internet you need to use your public IP which is assigned to you from your Internet Service Provider.
A static IP is best, although you can deal with a dynamic IP, you'll just have to keep your router online, or check your IP every time you reboot your router.
Try http://www.whatismyip.com/ to find out what your public IP address is.
So if your public IP address is 68.49.62.123 (as listed in your post), then you would need to send the out this URL in your invitation: http://68.49.62.123:8086/photos2/ui/rnp2?a=6
