I found that NTop 1.0 is cousing file transfer problem when the NTop 1.0 is OnLine on the ReadyNAS Duo. I know that in the Log files there are some errors.
Speed when the NTop 1.0 was OnLine:
4-5MB/sec.
When I turned the NTop 1.0 to OffLine:
23MB/sec.
The Log file is also very BIG.
