photos II unable to open email invitation

Hi

I recently installed RN 102 and am using photos II.  I was able to create an album and send a test email to myself.  but when I open the email I am not able to open the link , I get "sorry we cant reach this page"and this error message

Make sure you’ve got the right URL: http://192.168.1.13:8086

 

I also have windows 10

    It's odd that the email would contain a non-routable IP address.

     

    Is the IP address of the NAS actually 192.168.1.13?
