QbitTorrent ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED after changing port

RN104 6.10.1

I chaged the QbitTorrent web port from 7097 to 8999

It worked fine until I rebooted the server and I was no longer able to access the server with the error bellow.

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I deleted QbitTorrent and re installed it and it did't fix the problem.

I ssh to the /apps/qbittorrent dir and the config.xml file is bak to 7097

Tried other web browsers and computers with the same error

Same error starting it fom the the Netgear interface or xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7097

I don't like Transmission so would really like to try to get this apps going again.

Any ideas?
