ReadyNAS 104 running 6.6.1 amazon deleting files

The strange thing is, while the files were deleted from the NAS, not all of them were deleted from ACD!
Shouldn't it be that the files gets deleted from ACD first then removed from the NAS?? Or the other way around??
I had to restore my share from snapshot as I wasn't too sure what got deleted exactly.
I have disable sync for now as I don't want to deal with another restore again.
Can someone confirm that Netgear has fixed this issue.
