ReadyNAS 314 - FW 6.10.0 - Egnyte Storage Sync Issues
Hello,
I have 2 ReadyNAS 314 units running firmware 6.10.0 (which I just installed today)
One of these units automatically installed Hotfix 2, however the other unit did not, and it does not see any additional updates available.
On the unit with Hotfix 2 my Egnyte Storage Sync app remained present on the GUI and even prompted me to update it, and does not seem to have any issues.
On the unit without the hotfix (which I'm unable to find a download link for - I've tried uploading Hotfix 1 which failed) my Egnyte Storage Sync app dissapeared from view, and I cannot upload the latest version provided by their website (https://helpdesk.egnyte.com/hc/en-us/articles/201638494-Storage-Sync-for-NETGEAR-Installation) I think there is some application corruption going on here, and was wondering if there's a way to fix this? Either by manually removing the corrupted app somehow, or by rolling back firmware?
