Resilio Sync lost permissions to write after update

Aug 23, 2018Hi ANDYMIH, you might have quotas enabled and the area resilio is allowed to write to is "full". So, try to continue with quotas disabled, if possible. Good luck with fixing and kind regards.

Hi!
No, its not quotas, because Sync can write in its own folder, and i can copy files to my home folder from my pc for example.

Hi, StephenB!
The volume is writable.
I guess i cant reset permissions like you say, cause the folder is in my HOME folder (thats created when you create a user in readynas), not share.Admin belongs to both groups.
I experimented today and chown'ed my home folder owner to admin and Sync was able to write.
Finally, i decided to move the backups in Resilio's default folder and not waste our time for that thing.

That is better. There is some special ACL applied to the home folders, and it's best not to mess with that. You can explore it with getfacl if you are interested.
