The app is not listed at ReadyNAS apps that were submitted to Netgear. Also, since that is an app, only the developer can help you. They might need to adjust something on the app since the 6.5.0 is a major FW release.

Do you still have a way to grab the app and reinstall it?
There are some apps that get problem with updating after upgrade to 6.5.0, I am not sure but may be it has something to do with the app you are trying use again.
