My friend we have tried everything, There is no errors messages, it just won't acces SMB. Everything else works even the cloud, DLNA, FTP, admin page, RaidAR finds them no problem. Just to see I took out my old Readynas NV and install a 500GB drive, it connected like nothing and it works like the other ones used to work before the Firmware upgrade. Netgear customer support was connected to my computer for over 4 hours and couldn't find the problem. I tried five different computers on the same network with the same problem, if I go to the network and search I can see both NAS but when I try to go inside I can't, just like if they were disconnected from the network, but remember I can see them when I go to search on Network. It's got to be something related with the Firmware.
