Do you have a backup?
USB Boot Recovery is not the solution to this problem. USB Boot Recovery is not a "magic" fix for any and every problem.
It's only for where the problem is with the firmware on the internal flash. The error "Retry Startup" doesn't indicate a problem with the firmware on the internal flash.
From memory the error "Retry Startup" suggests that readynasd, the management service failed to start.
Try downloading the logs using RAIDar. If you can download the logs look at readynasd.log and the entries related to readynasd in systemd-journal.log. These log entries should give an indication as to what's wrong.
As for doing USB Boot Recovery not all USB keys are compatible. If the key isn't formatted correctly or the necessary files are not put on it also won't work.

An OS re-install from the boot menu may be a fix for you, but it's best to try and find the cause first. In addition to the readynasd.log, look in btrfs.log and make sure the OS (root) partition isn't full or nearly so. If it is full, an OS re-install can do more damage than good (and so could have a USB recovery if you had succeeded). You should have an entry like this at the top, and the space in use should not be approaching 4GiB:
Label: '7fc780f2:root' uuid: 7e15fc17-8765-457e-8a81-156ddea84fa0 Total devices 1 FS bytes used 805.62MiB devid 1 size 4.00GiB used 1.64GiB path /dev/md0
You may have to be quick with RAIDar to get the logs.

I can't enter the boot menu
My NAS is undetectable in RAIDar and I can't access the files on my NAS- mdgmJan 28, 2021Virtuoso
Looking at previous posts USB Boot Recovery has helped if there was a firmware specific issue such as what was encountered by some users on 6.7.3.
You could try different USB keys. Also try running the Windows utility to create a USB Boot Recovery Key as an Administrator.
