Sync to Amazon Cloud Drive - delete from Amazon Drive also deletes from NAS?

I haven't tried your test, but my expectation is that "two way sync" means exactly that. Deletions in the cloud translate to deletions on the NAS, and vice-versa. Adds/updates to the cloud are applied to the NAS, and vice versa.
There always seem to be some corner cases (at least there are with BT sync) where files that you delete in one place re-appear instead of being deleted in the other. It'd be bad if files were deleted in an initial sync (or when sync was re-enabled).

It is two-way sync, so anything deleted from the cloud drive will be deleted from the NAS and vice-versa. If you enable snapshots on the ReadyNAS share, it should give you some ability to roll back.
You might test it for yourself.
