unable to remove idrive app on RN314 - tried deleting app files

Hi - I have an old version of iDrive app on my RN314. It is greyed out and with no picture - if I try to launch, it wont. If I try to remove it just restarts the interface to the nas and its still there.

 

I tried installing a new version of the app, but no luck.

 

Lastly, I tried deleting the app itself (as some users had suggested). I have arrived at a point where there is a "downloads" sub directory that is empty, but when I try to delete it, it says that its in use.

 

Any help appreciated.
