windows connecting logon session does not exist

Assuming you did use the proper password, I believe it also will not work if your NAS still has the drefault admin password. I'm not sure what error message Windows will give in that case, but it could be that one. Windows doesn't always map network errors on Linux boxes to the best message.
It does not work.
I am getting info that the password is incorrect.
I have also tried to include ip before the admin

Good. Does if also work if you use the hostname instead of the IP address?
If it does, then you have a credentials issue (though the error is a bit unusual). The solution for that is to open the Windows Credential Manager, and enter the appropriate credentials for the IP address and hostname. If you haven't created a NAS user account, you should consider doing that (instead of using admin).
If you get the same error with the hostname as you got from filemanager, then something else is going on. The good news is that there is a workaround (just use the IP address).
