Totally wrong firmware for a different ReadyNAS model. You should be using this:

First there was the firmware Software Version 6.1.6. I have upgraded to 6.1.7 after which 6.1.8 after which 6.1.9.
After successful updates, I launched Software Version 6.10.8. The device rebooted and no longer turned on.
The Power bulb lights up and Acta. Without disks, only the power button

So you ignored this warning?
ReadyNAS 102, 104, and 2120 systems must not be updated directly to 6.10.x from 6.3.x or older firmware. They must first be updated to either 6.2.5 or 6.3.5 then to 6.5.2 and then to 6.10.x.
That might not be fixable. You could maybe try a USB recovery. You could also try inserting a single unformatted ("blank") disk, and then power up. See if the system does a factory install.

Netgear has never explained the reason for this restriction nor the specific consequences if one fails to heed the warning. I think it may have to do with changes in U-Boot. I believe others have recovered from, this (the NAS at least, maybe not their data volume) with a USB recovery. But I don't know if they did the recovery back to the earlier version or with the current one.

I am seeing one old post here where a user apparently used USB recovery with the 6.2.5 image.

I can't start USB recovery. Painting from USB does not start
