I have two NV+ units. One came with 256M the other with 1G...So I opened the 1G unit to see what was installed...

According to the Micron Technology data sheet, it is a 16 chip, 2.5V DDR SDRAM, DDR FBGA, 128 x 64, 200-pin SODIM, DDR333 FBGA, 167Mhz clock, 333MT/s Data band rate, PC2700, 2.5-3-3
The nice part, it the part number says it has 16 memory components...I am trying to find another one.
