Blinking blue power light on ReadyNAS 4360X

I'm working on a ReadyNAS 4360X (Model #RR4360X0) which does not appear to be booting. The blue power LED on the front is blinking rapidly and has been doing so for the past few hours. I tried searching around the internet for possible causes or issues and I haven't found anything specific to the 4360. The only thing I've found is references to other NAS devices about booting or powering off. Does anybody have any ideas? Thank you!
