No. If the array wasn't damaged when the RN324 failed, there whouldn't be any problem.
Just power down the RN424, and move the disks to it. Preserve the slot order (moving the disk in slot 1 of the RN324 to slot 1 of the RN424, etc). Power up the RN424 when you are finished.
However, it sounds like you have no backup of the data. RAID isn't enough to keep the data safe - so I do suggest putting a backup plan in place for the new NAS. Backup up to USB drives is one option.

You've already removed them?
Do you have a log zip file from the RN324? That will give you the serial number of the disks (sda being the first, sdb the second, ...).
If you don't have that either, you'll need to just put the disks in. The NAS will usually figure out the order. But in the future you should label the disks by slot as you remove them.
Now i have put the discs in the 424 and started it.
I get:
Err: Used disks Check RAIDar or Press Reset to format.
