You've already removed them?
Do you have a log zip file from the RN324? That will give you the serial number of the disks (sda being the first, sdb the second, ...).
If you don't have that either, you'll need to just put the disks in. The NAS will usually figure out the order. But in the future you should label the disks by slot as you remove them.

Now i have put the discs in the 424 and started it.
I get:
Err: Used disks Check RAIDar or Press Reset to format.

It tells me that the discs are formated in an unknown way.
