i can't install python, php , mysql, and lot aplication from apps menu
please help, what is the problem ?

particularly post 37.
Debian 8 ("Jessie") has been deprecated/archived. So you need to change the apt configuration to point to the archived libraries.
Even with those changes, installing packages can be difficult.
