DD-Wrt Firmware when setting up a ReadyNAS
Hi, I just got a Ready NAS 214 which I will receive in the next couple of days. My question is will having dad-wrt firmware on my Nighthawk R8000 interfere with setting up my ReadyNAS as instructed in the Quick Start Guide using the router?

The process should be pretty much the same. The web interface for DD-WRT obviously is different to ours and DD-WRT has some different functionality.
If you use RAIDar or ReadyCLOUD to discover the NAS, or find the NAS I.P. address looking at the screen on the front of the NAS you shouldn't notice any difference as you shouldn't need to access the web admin interface of the router.
If however you want to use the router's web interface to identify the I.P. address of the NAS or set a static I.P. using the router then ...
