Note in the discussion previously, this is a completely separate (by same model) of encasement. I just moved over the drives from the previous encasement and is still experiencing the exact same behavior, but I will try to get it into tech support mode.

I understand, but if the device boots into tech support mode, then it is possible to see if something in the hardware is bad, which causes RAIDar to look like that. Also from Tech Support mode, able to analyze the quality of the disk. If it is something corrupt in the OS, that's also addressable by TS mode. Check RAIDar once the device is in TS mode.

Okay, good. Then we are on the same page.
Just to confirm, for tech support mode:
1) Power it off.
2) Press the power button and hold it for 15 seconds until disk leds flash 3 times
Can you please confirm?

That is correct. Press and hold power button. I believe the LCD should say 15: Tech Support.

I'll try it, but this is the model that doesn't have a display. Like this: http://images10.newegg.com/NeweggImage/ProductImage/22-122-014-04.jpg
