Gearhead one time support
I have an issue with my readynas 314 and have tried all options to repair it. It was due to a firmware issue which I believe caused a few others the same problem. My question is, how do I get one...
Unfortuantley this has not been resolved. I did get a call from netgear and they agreed to help me out, though they were not able to take payment from me due to a card read error. I am still waiting for them to get back to me.
