HDD issue in Netgear 4312 Ready NAS

We got notification in our Ready NAS 4312 "Remove inactive volumes to use the Disk#5"and we run disk test for that HDD and received the message "Failed to initiate disk test - Disk teat command failed Error code: 140070100001 "HDD size is 16TB WD HDD.Attached the log also,kindly suggest for us
