How to Prepare to Sell a Used ReadyNAS

I am getting ready to sell two NVs with drives and wonder what I should do before selling them.  I assume a factory reset at the minimum, but is there anything else?  Should I wipe the drives or does the factory reset make them unrecoveable?

    Wipe them - preferably in a PC with vendor tools (Seatools for Seagate, Lifeguard for Western Digital).  You can connect them to the PC using a USB adapter/dock or with SATA.
