I keep loosing credential access from pc to NAS. os reinstall only works

NAS r104 keep loosing access from pc if I reset os reinstall it works but I loose it 2 times a day. It is frustrating.

I don't think so.

When you lose access from the PC, have you checked if you can access the web admin interface from the same PC?

    When you say you are losing - are you getting a password error, or is the NAS just not responding?
    
    Have you tried restarting it (instead of doing an OS reinstall)?
