The forum is certainly open. There is a spam filter, and for some reason your post got trapped in it. I've released it for you.
Thank you. I think there should be some one moderating filtered threads. It's upsetting when you typed such a long post and then it trapped without seeing the reason.

There is supposed to be someone monitoring, and I alerted the Netgear forum administrators about it when I released your post.
Sometimes there are floods of spam posts, and keeping up in those situations isn't easy.
