HI, I'm planning to upgrade my NV+.Cound you share some advice with me?

My mem module shiped with my NV+ is of DDR400( I bought it early this year from amazon) and it works at 2.5-3-3-7 too!

I am so focused with the type of modules, dose it mean NV+ support either of them or DDR 333 is just enough.
