need help with nas server
anyone know how to go about getting data back from a nas server
we had a company install this server and we are kind of oblivious to computers.
all of our data is backed up to this thing and we had a lightning strike a few days ago.
well the sorry company that installed this thing is no longer around.
netgear can not give us any info as to who registered this thing.needless to say we can sign on to this nas server or get any of our info back.any suggetions ?
