RAM Upgrade - Pro 2 - 2210

No - unfortunately when I tried 2 different RAM upgrades, it bricked the NAS Chassis. I returned the NAS (not including the HDs) and had to figure out a different way to sort it out.
We're entering our pilot stage with Egnyte - and I'm a little wary of how unreliable and needy Egnyte will be. Lots of horror stories about how their Customer Service is non-responsive and they spend more time developing a terrible web client than sorting out issues like this on the hardware. They tell me the file quantity limitation is in the works for being fixed, but I'm not certain I can trust them to get it done any time soon.
