Ready NAS 2312 running very slow with no alerts
I have been running a ReadyNAS 2312 at my office for 18 months, we had no issues with it for the first 15 months. But the last 3 months it is constantly running slow. We have the latest firmware installed and I can not see any glaring issues, we used it to store word and PFD files mainly and our office only has 10 users.
Some days it is super fast and other days it takes 10 min to downlaoad a PDF.
Someone please give me some ideas.

Have you tried running the disk test from the volume settings wheel? That will run the full smart test on all drives in the volume.
