Ready Nas Duo V2 Wifi Access
I have a RN Duo and although I am able to access via my wired PC, I find it near impossible to access via a wireless device (laptop / Tablet). Can anyone please advise?

What firmware is the duo running?
Can you tell us what protocols you've enabled, and more about the device you are using to access it remotely? Also more details on what you've tried so far would be helpfu.

Firmware is RAIDiator 5.3.11 and the only protocol that isn't enabled is SNMP. I do not know a lot about protocols and connectivity. The 'wired' computers have been mapped to the relevant drive. I can find the drive on wifi but am unable to get past the security questions.
I have changed the passwords etc, restarted several times on both the NAS and the Laptop to no avail.
The laptop being used is a Sony Vaio, mainly, but I am unable to access my files on my laptop via mapping, although I can access on a wired PC.

What version of windows is running on the lapto?
Can you access the dashboard in your browser from the Sony laptop?
What happens if you run cmd on the laptop (enter cmd in the windows search bar) and then enter
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nasipaddress\sharename /user:admin password
Use the real NAS address and a real sharename for \\nasipaddress\sharename and the nas admin password for password.
