May I know the current firmware of your RN214?
Under the Cloud tab of the NAS' local admin page, you can check the status of the Internet and Service. Both of them should have a green check for the ReadyCLOUD to work. If one of them does not have it, you can try assigning a static DNS address on the NAS and see if that helps in resolving the issue.
