ReadyCLOUD slow performance on IOS
I have two Netgear RN214 NAS device using both home and work, I installed ReadyCLOUD app on IOS for My Iphone XR (IOS 13.3) it has been two or three weeks but it's working really slow response time eg. browsing files/folders, I don't know if it's related with ReadyNAS 214 configuration or settings itself?
I also have WD MyCloud Home using (one bay model) on same WiFi network and same phone and it's working fast and flawlessly.
Anyone have any idea, could it be a software problem for IOS?

Is the iPhone connected on the same network with the ReadyNAS or is it on a different network?
May I know also the version of the ReadyCLOUD iOS app?

Yes, iPhone connected on the same network with ReadyNAS and readyCloud version for IOS is
