ReadyData BIOS Update

I recently acquired a ReadyData 516 that I'd like to run as an UnRAID server.  I've got it booting from USB image no problem but there are a few oddities that I'd like to address.  I can't find anything on the latest BIOS update for my unit but through my research the ReadyNAS 516 used the same hardware and it's latest BIOS update was 10/11/2013.  The BIOS date on my ReadyData 516 is 3/23/2013. My questions are as follows:

What is the most recent BIOS update for my unit?

Does it provide equivalebt functionality to the 10/11/2013 BIOS for the ReadyNAS 516 unit?

If not can the10/11/2013  ReadyNas 516 BIOS be flashed to my unit?

And finally, where would I get the flash file(s) and procedure or is this something that Netgear support would need to assist with?
