Do you plan on Syncing the Time machine backups on Amazon Drive? If you just want to have your NAS Shares Sync to your Amazon drive please check this article.
If you want to sync the Sparse bundle to Amazon drive, you will have to access it first then transfer it to a share you can select to sync on Amazxon.
