ReadyNAS and Google Home Router
I am unable to recover my password. Whenever I try is Recovery Failed. Is this a Netgear account issue or hadware issue. I'm using Google home router mesh system.

I re-installed the OS successfuly using your instructions.
However I am still unable to recover my Admin password and all attempts to remember my password have failed.
Whenever I fill out the Recover password page with my email address and the answer to my known security question, the recoevry fails.

I also tried to use the default admin and password settings but that too did not work.

When I try to log in using default Admin and Password, the log in credentials fail and takes me to a Password Recovery screen. When I enter my email address and answer the security question, it says the recover password fails.

Are you navigating to https://nas-ip-address/admin
Then logging in as admin and password (both lower case)?
If so, I suggest trying this in an incognito/private browser window next.

Genuis. This worked. But unfortunately another person had removed the drives while the power was ON and now the drives are not recognized. Message says to remove all 4 inactive drives but these are the acctual drives with data on them.
