To save you the trouble of wading through all of it:

Regaining access now can be done in a couple of ways.  

1. If you are running Windows, you can use either Internet Explorer, or use Edge in IE mode.
2. You can also regain access with FireFox.  Set security.tls.version.min to 1 (browse to about:config and search for the setting).

Once in, you again have two options. 

1. Install this add-on (courtesy of WhoCares_ ) : https://github.com/rdynsxtrs/rn4bin/blob/main/apache2/x86/Apache2_2.2.34-x86-0.2.0.bin
2. Convert your Pro 4 to run OS-6.

Conversion to OS-6 is IMO the better path, as it also gives you SMB 3 support and other features.  You would need to increase the NAS ram to 2 GB first - which is inexpensive and easy to do.
