Hit the enter/return key and you'll then get prompted to enter the password.

Thanks, the "#" shall not be type in.
now I have a problem with password....I enter the readynas password but it isn't accepted. Very difficult !

That password should be the NAS admin password.
Also, make sure "enable password authentication" is checked in the web ui (system->settings->ssh).

OK, thanks I will try tomorrow or day after : the NAS is presently updating to a new firmware (just hope ther will stay enough place to install..)
