If it is RAID1 (not RAID0 or JBOD), then you can work with just one drive and see if you can get things going without risking further corrupting both drives. Do you have a backup of the data (I suspect not from your need to recover the data)?
Have you already tried re-booting? I recommend you not simply do a standard re-boot. That can sometimes make things worse. Instead, do so in support mode as StephenB suggests or have only one drive installed and use the boot menu to boot up in read-only mode. If it won't work on one drive, try just the other. If you get access, then immediately download the log and back-up your files. Then report back here the results, and we can recommend the next step depending on what happens with this one.
If you have the capability, testing both drives with vendor tools may also give some information.

The system crashed at that location

Can you boot up the system in tech support mode? Instructions are on pages 28-29 here:
You won't be be able to log in, but you should be able to see it on the network and ping it.
I can give you some instructions from there. Though you of course are on your own if anything goes wrong (and there is some risk, especially if you aren't familiar with the linux command line interface).
Another option is to connect one of the disks to a Windows PC (using either SATA or a USB adapter/dock), and then use ReclaiMe RAID recovery software:
You can download before puchase, and see if it can recover your data before you get the license.
There are some other packages that will work for this - they need to support both Linux RAID and the BTRFS file system. Quite a few users here have had some success ReclaiMe.
