ReadyNAS RN31600 Disk Caddy's

I'd start with contacting the seller.
Netgear doesn't sell them separately, so they are hard to find and expensive (perhaps $50 each). Trays for the older Pro/Ultra/NV+ desktop NAS will also fit - though the ones with square holes are preferable (the ones with circular buttons tend to stick). Rackmount disk trays look similar, but will not fit.
The part number for the RN316 tray is 290-10217-01, the older Pro version is RNDTRAY-10000S. Unfortunately, I don't think they will help much in tracking down what you need. You might need to purchase another used NAS for parts.
Although the RN316 trays are tool-less, it is useful to have the screws also - some drives need the screws because the side holes in the drive don't align with the pegs in the plastic inserts of the tray.
You might consider getting large enough disks to let you get started with three. The capacity rule is "sum the disks and subtract the largest". Don't use desktop drives (or WD Reds). NAS-purposed drives (Ironwolf, Ironwolf Pro, WD Red Plus, WD Red Pro) are fine, as are enterprise-class drives. You want to avoid SMR drives (the Reds and many desktop drives in the 2-6 TB range are SMR).

Unfortunately, some sellers and a lot of buyers of used ReadyNAS do not understand the criticality of the sale including the caddies unless the chassis is intended as a one-for-one replacement of a failed NAS (so caddies are re-used). Sellers (businesses, in particular) will remove the drives for security reasons and dispose of them together with the caddies. Sometimes, the cheapest source of multiple caddies is a "for parts or repair" NAS.
BTW, if your intent is to use 2.5" drives, be aware that the legacy caddies aren't equipped to handle them without an adapter, and that adapter must allow mounting in the caddie from the bottom (a lot of them don't).
