ReadyNAS Ultra 2 plus Corrupt root directory.
Hi
Noticed quite a lot of older posts on migrating from os4 to os6

I've sent you a PM with the latest files grabbed from my archive.
If you install the PREP add-on you avoid the need to do a factory reset manually using the boot menu as it will trigger one at the appropriate time after you reboot to install the upgrade to OS6. That's handy especially if the unit is at a remote site and heading over there would be time consuming.

You need to change more fields than that. The name field needs to be changed from ReadyNASOS to RAIDiator
Updating the BIOS is not essential. It's optional. If you do want to do it check to see if you're running the latest BIOS or not first. It is easier to update the BIOS whilst still on RAIDiator-x86
