Remove inactive volume to use the disk.

I decided to add more hard drives in to my RN104, a process I hoped that an X-RAID would do with ease. I already had two 1TB WD Red hard drives in it, and I added two 4TB WD Red hard drives to bays 3...

Sounds like you should contact support. This looks like it could be a data recovery situation.

    Start at my.netgear.com, you should be able to get a local contact after you go through the initial steps.
