Reregister product / move product to another account.
I recently took over the IT closet from the past IT admin. We have a ReadyNAS 4220 thats been here for years. I was trying to get support for it but I'm unable due to the NAS being registered under another account. I've tried past IT employee emails to see if they have a netgear account and no luck.
Who do can I contact to help me move this product over to my account.

Netgear is no longer offering support contracts for ReadyNAS, so changing the account probably won't help you.
