Retrieve data after scrub from Nas Storage (ReadyNas 2304)

I have a Nas storage unit (ReadyNas 2304) and I made a scrub of this storage unit.
How can I recover the data and where can I find them, since when I made a scrub, it informed me with a notification that no file would be deleted

Model Version: ReadyNas 2304

Frimware:6.10.9

Try asking in the section for that hardware.

    That's probably here:

ReadyNAS Network Storage: Official NETGEAR Community

You might like to search there for messages related to your problem.

I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message.

In the meantime you could visit the support pages:

    Support | NETGEAR

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.

    Check for various troubleshooting tips.

You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.

I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads.

    Can you provide more information?

    • What errors did you get when you ran the scrub?
    • What are you currently seeing on the volumes page of the web ui?
    • What (if anything) did you do to resolve the problem?

If you haven't downloaded the log zip file, then do that right away - the retention in the logs can drop pretty quickly when there are issues with the volume, and that can make it hard to figure out what is going on.

FWIW, I run scrubs on my various NAS every 4 months (on a schedule) and that has never resulted in data loss.
