RN104 Snapshots don't save

I have a RN424 at work that does a daily RSYNC backup of modified files to a RN104 at home every evening. They are both configured similarily with the same Shares, Users, Services settings (SMB, HTTP...

    Hi RSherman90,

     

    The config is fixed now. Your NAS is now able to take snapshots.

May I know the current firmware version of your RN424?

 

Can you also try creating a test share and see if snapshot will still not work on that share?
