RN21400 cannot register
I am not able to register my device. Looking for support. Says something went wrong when I try to register the device to my account. Error: Something went wrong! Please try again

It seems that your email address is not appearing on our database. We added it back to the system. Can you check again if you can now register your device?

You may send to me via PM (private message) the serial number of the device and also the email address that you are using for your MyNETGEAR account. I will check if I can do something about this.
